Ingredients to make Sugar Free Carrot Halwa-
-500 grams finely peeled carrots
– cup finely ground cashew nuts
-20 grams pistachios
-20 grams lightly boiled almonds
-2 tsp cardamom powder
-30 grams raisins
– one and a half cup almond milk
– a little saffron
-100 grams date paste
Use dates instead of sugar
To make Sugar Free Gajar Ka Halwa, first put the finely peeled carrots in a vessel for cooking on medium flame. After this, put almonds and milk in the pot and cook the carrots till the milk dries up. After this, add date paste, raisins, cashew and mix it well in the pudding. Lastly, add saffron and lightly boiled almonds to the pudding and cook it. Before serving, add cardamom powder and pistachios to the halwa. Dates have been used instead of sugar, which will add sweetness to it.
Make carrot pudding from jaggery-
Boil carrots in a good amount of toned milk till they become soft. Boil it till the milk is dry, after that add a little jaggery and cook for a while. Before serving, add cardamom powder and pistachios to the pudding. After that you serve it. Now it is ready to eat.
