Corona situation in the country
On Tuesday, 1,89,794 new cases of corona virus were found in the country while 439 patients died. Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari and Lata Mangeshkar are also among the new patients. Gadkari is in home quarantine, while Lata has been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. He is in ICU right now. The Indian Council of Medical Research said that 17,61,900 sample tests were conducted for Kovid-19 on Tuesday. A total of 69,52,74,380 sample tests have been done so far. At the same time, the Kovid vaccination coverage in the country has crossed 153.70 crores. More than 18 lakh precaution doses have been administered so far.
